    Acquisition of Norled

    We have assisted a consortium consisting of CapMan Infra and CBRE Caledon in its acquisition of all the shares in Norled AS, a leading ferry and express boat service provider with operations across Norway. Norled is one of Norway's largest ferry and express boat transportation companies with a fleet of 59 ferries and 28 express boats that transport more than 17 million passengers and 9 million cars annually.

    Establishment of AKER BP ASA

    We assisted BP in connection with the combination of BP Norge and Det norske to create Aker BP. The transaction value was around NOK 10.8 billion which was settled in shares and cash. Following the transaction, Aker holds 40%, BP 30% and other shareholders 30% of Aker BP.

    Acquisition of DONG Energy's oil and gas portfolio

    We assisted INEOS in its acquisition of DONG Energy's oil and gas business, which included assets and operations in Norway, Denmark and the United Kingdom. The purchase price was approximately USD 1 billion plus a contingent payment of up to USD 250 million. In 2016, DONG Energy's production was 100,000 boe per day.
