Ervin works primarily with mergers, acquisitions and capital market transactions, including IPOs for Norwegian and international clients and has more than 20 years experience within this area of expertise. He is continuously ranked as a leading Norwegian lawyer within M&A by international rating agencies. Amongst other, he led the Thommessen team assisting Danske Bank in its divestment of its Norwegian personal banking business (2024), Accent Equity in its acquisition of Brimer (2024) and Lyse's in its acquisition of Ice Communication (2022).
