Henning is a litigator and arbitrator who specialises in major commercial disputes. He has more than twenty years of contentious experience, having pleaded hundreds of cases both in Norway and internationally. Henning focuses on contract law, company law, securities law, insolvency law and tort law. He has in recent years also defended several major white-collar crime cases.
