Rolf assists Norwegian and international clients in connection with commercial real estate transactions, commercial leases and real estate development projects etc. In recent years, Rolf has been involved in several of the largest real estate transactions in Norway, and acted as the head of the legal team in several of the midsize and large real estate transactions were Thommessen has been involved.

In addition to a Master Degree i Law from the University in Bergen, Rolf also holds an LL.M. degree specialized in M&A, corporate law and international contract law from Penn State University in Pennsylvania, United States.

    Rolf was part of the legal team assisting Læringsverkstedet Gruppen AS with regards to the sale of a large portfolio of pre-schools to SBB.

    Veidekke

    Rolf was the head of the legal team consisting of Thommessen in Norway and Vinge in Sweden who assisted Nordr Group with the acquisition of Veidekke Eiendom AS and Veidekke Eiendom AB
  3. Tristan -

    Project Border

    Rolf assisted as the head of the legal team in connection with the sale of the shares in Border 5-7 AS, who owned the property Grensen 5-7 located in Oslo CBD. The seller is owned by an international fund managed by Tristan Capital Partners. The transaction is among the largest real estate transactions in Norway in 2019 based on property value.

    Rolf headed the team that assisted Glastad and Fortus with the sale of Norwegian Outlet in Vestby. The transaction was among the largest real estate transactions in Norway in 2017.

    Rolf headed the team that assisted Fortin in its sale of Trondheim Innovation Center in 2017. The sale of TIC is one of the largest real estate transactions in Trondheim.
