Ylva works with equity capital market transactions and M&A across various industries, assisting both listed and unlisted companies, investment banks and private equity/venture capital firms. In particular, she has extensive experience with assisting both issuers and managers with IPO processes, private placements and rights issues. Ylva also regularly advises clients on Norwegian corporate and securities laws and regulations.

  1. M&A-experience

    Ylva's M&A experience includes a number of small/mid cap transaction for both industrial players and PE/VC firms. Ylva has also assisted clients in complex, cross-border transactions in the large cap segment, including assistance to eBay in connection with the sale of its classifieds business to Adevinta ASA

  3. ECM experience

    Ylva's ECM experience includes several IPO processes assisting either the issuer or the managers, including the IPOs of Pexip, Crayon, EVRY, Infront, Komplett Bank, Arcus Gruppen, Targovax, Europris and Borregaard.

    Other recent capital markets transactions includes the private placement and subsequent listing of Klaveness Combination Carriers ASA, the NOK 5 billion rights issue in Kongsberg Gruppen ASA, the merger between Belships and the Lighthouse Group, the demerger of Wilh. Wilhelmsen ASA and the listing of Treasure ASA. She has also advised on numerous private placements in bith listed and unlisted companies.
